Bialskie Centrum Kultury im. Bogusława Kaczyńskiego w Białej Podlaskiej jest organizatorem cyklicznej imprezy plenerowej ,,MIĘDZYNARODOWY PRZEGLĄD DZIAŁAŃ ARTYSTYCZNYCH INSTALACJA, OBIEKTY, PERFORMANCE W PARKU RADZIWIŁŁOWSKIM”.
Tegoroczna, 16.edycja wydarzenia uzyskała dofinansowanie w ramach projektu ogłoszonego przez Narodowe Centrum Kultury: Kultura – Interwencje. Edycja 2025. Wydarzenie zostało objęte Honorowym Patronatem Prezydenta Miasto Biała Podlaska Michała Litwiniuka.
W dniach 13 – 15 czerwca 2025 r. Galeria Podlaska zorganizowała pierwszą część wydarzenia. Podczas Parku Sztuki mogliśmy zobaczyć instalacje, obiekty oraz performances, łącznie 10 projektów artystów profesjonalnych wybranych w drodze ogólnopolskiego naboru do konkursu: Małgorzata Wróbel-Kruczenkow (Białystok), Andrzej Brzegowy (Młodocin Mniejszy), Julia Skrzyńska (Kraków), Piotr Wesołowski reprezentujący również Karolę Konieczny i Aleksandra Bryka, Andrzej Męczyński (Międzyrzec Podlaski), Katarzyna Żukowska (Włocławek), Kolektyw In-Side: Aleksandra Kucewicz-Wasilewska (Bydgoszcz), Katarzyna Łukaszewicz (Warszawa), Dominika Sergiej (Warszawa), Beata Bugaj-Tomaszewska (Łódź), Sławomir Matyjaszewski (Lublin), Adrianna Iwanejko (Kraków), Julia Sabak i Patrycja Sawczuk (Biała Podlaska). Imprezie towarzyszyły również prace i performances poza konkursem m.in. Łukasza Głowackiego, Mariana Stępaka, Ewy Chamicewicz, Fotoklubu Podlaskiego, młodzieży z ZSZ nr 2 w Białej Podlaskiej. Główną nagrodę konkursu, ufundowaną przez Prezydenta Miasta Biała Podlaska otrzymało trio artystyczne Piotr Wesołowski, Karola Konieczny i Aleksander Bryk (Wrocław) za obiekt pt. ,,Żniwiarz”. Sponsorem projektu jest firma ETMUS z Białej Podlaskiej.
Kolejnym wydarzeniem w ramach Parku Sztuki już 25 września była wycieczka do Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej w Warszawie uczniów z Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych nr 2 im. Franciszka Żwirki i Stanisława Wigury w Białej Podlaskiej oraz młodzieży z Koła Plastycznego Kreska z Bialskiego Centrum Kultury im. Bogusława Kaczyńskiego w Białej Podlaskiej. Wyjazd pozwolił na zapoznanie się z tendencjami w sztuce współczesnej z uwzględnieniem performance, obiektu i instalacji.
Następne wydarzenia odbędą się 8-10 października 2025 roku.
8 października, w środę, o godz. 17.00 w Bialskim Centrum Kultury im. Bogusława Kaczyńskiego odbędzie się powitanie uczestników projektu. O godz. 17.30 zaplanowano otwarty wykład o sztuce w przestrzeni publicznej pt.: „Pomiary”, który wygłosi Tereza Barabash – artystka urodzona w 1984 roku we Lwowie. Zajmuje się tkaniną, instalacją, sztuką audiowizualną i land artem. Absolwentka Wydziału Tkaniny Artystycznej Lwowskiej Narodowej Akademii Sztuki. Dwukrotna stypendystka programu Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego Gaude Polonia (2010, 2016). Od 2010 roku jest członkinią Narodowego Związku Artystów Ukrainy. Aktywna uczestniczka międzynarodowych wystaw, festiwali, plenerów, projektów artystycznych w Ukrainie i za granicą. Za pracę „Rain in UA” otrzymała wiele nagród, w tym dwa najwyższe wyróżnienia – Złoty Medal i Nagrodę Fundacji Akapi za najlepszy debiut na 15. Międzynarodowym Triennale Tkaniny Artystycznej w Łodzi (2016).
Po wykładzie rozpoczną się warsztaty zaadresowane do studentów uczelni partnerskich. Studenci z Lwowskiej Narodowej Akademii Sztuki wezmą udział w warsztatach performance (obiektu, instalacji), które przeprowadzi prof. Marian Stępak. Artysta jest absolwentem Wydziału Sztuk Pięknych UMK. Dyplom w pracowni malarstwa prof. Stanisława Borysowskiego w 1983 r. W 1991 r. zainicjował działalność galerii Nad Wisłą, która funkcjonuje do teraz, współzałożyciel Fundacji Praktyk Artystycznych „i…”. Od 1994 r. jest konsultantem Krajowego Funduszu na rzecz Dzieci w Warszawie. W 2007 r. powołał do życia Festiwal Performance Koło Czasu. Od 2019 r. jest kuratorem Galerii ZPAP w Toruniu. Zajmuje się sztuką obiektu, instalacji, performance, tkaniną eksperymentalną i edukacją artystyczną. Autor ponad 50. wystaw indywidualnych w kraju i zagranicą. Od 1995 pracuje w Zakładzie Plastyki Intermedialnej. Kwalifikacje I i II stopnia zdobył na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych we Wrocławiu.
Studenci z Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika z Torunia wezmą udział w warsztatach prowadzonych przez Yarynę Shumską. Artystka w 2012 r. ukończyła Lwowską Narodową Akademię Sztuki w katedrze monumentalnego malarstwa. Pracuje w sferze performance, instalacji, malarstwa i tańca. Uczestniczka ogólnoukraińskich, międzynarodowych wystaw, plenerów i festiwali: „Dni sztuki performance” wе Lwowie, „Akcja 27” w Lublinie, „Akcjomat 3” w Poznaniu, „Interakcje” w Piotrkowie Trybunalskim, „Gallery weekend” w Poznaniu, warsztatów sztuki w przestrzeni publicznej we Lwowe, Lublinie, Sokołowsku. W swoich pracach opiera się na stałym ruchu i współdziałaniu zjawisk, które towarzyszą działaniom człowieka; wewnętrzne emocjonalne stany, pamięć, to, co formuje człowieka, buduje jego stosunek do świata i przeciwnie.
9 października, (czwartek) uczestnicy wydarzenia wezmą udział w wycieczce zabytkoznawczej szlakiem 3 kultur-Biała Podlaska-Studzianka-Ortel Królewski-Jabłeczna-Kodeń-Kostomłoty. O godz. 17.00 odbędzie się otwarty wykład o sztuce w przestrzeni publicznej „Zbieram pieniądze na sztukę!!!”, który przeprowadzi Mykhaylo Barabash (ur. w 1980), absolwent Państwowego College’u Sztuki Dekoracyjnej i Stosowanej im. V. Kasiana w Kosovie (Ukraina) oraz Lwowskiej Akademii Sztuk Pięknych. Dyplom uzyskał w 2006 r. Interdyscyplinarny kurator i artysta, który działa na granicy różnych gatunków: nowych mediów, instalacji, malarstwa, performance, sztuki ziemi i technik graficznych. Wykładowca na Wydziale Praktyk Sztuki Współczesnej Lwowskiej Narodowej Akademii Sztuki. Dwukrotny stypendysta programu Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego „Gaude Polonia”(2009, 2016). Kurator Festiwalu Sztuk Audiowizualnych TETRAMATYKA, Projektu artystycznego „Przestrzeń święta” i innych. Jest członkiem NURTU, stowarzyszenia skupiającego artystów ukraińskich, która działa w dziedzinie sztuki audiowizualnej i cyfrowej, występów i koncertów. Zostało założone w 2011 roku przez Mykhaylo Barabasha i kompozytora Ostapa Manulyaka we Lwowie.
Tego dnia zaplanowano również warsztaty studenckie.
10 października (piątek) odbędą się kolejne warsztaty studenckie oraz warsztaty z performance adresowane do młodzieży z ZSZ nr 2 im. F. Żwirki i S. Wigury w Białej Podlaskiej oraz z KP Kreska BCK, które przeprowadzi Łukasz Głowacki. Artysta jest absolwentem Wydziału Malarstwa i Grafiki PWSSP Gdańsku w pracowniach prof. Kazimierza Ostrowskiego i prof. Hugona Laseckiego. Zajmuje się działaniami performance, malarstwem, tworzy obiekty i instalacje, video. Twórczość artysty łączy poszukiwania podmiotowej ekspresji egzystencji człowieka ze statusem dzieła sztuki. Jego prace są minimalizującymi, kinetycznymi obiektami dysponującymi potencjałem performatywności. Język jego wypowiedzi jest pozornym kodem abstrakcyjności, znaczeń zdystansowanych emocji. Jest budowany reaktywnie w kontekście do postępujących przemian środowiska człowieka. Brał udział w kilkudziesięciu wystawach zbiorowych oraz kilkunastu wystawach indywidualnych.
Tego dnia w Parku Radziwiłłowskim w Białej Podlaskiej o godz. 17.00 nastąpi podsumowanie tegorocznego Parku Sztuki. Zobaczymy pokaz performances studentów ze Lwowa i Torunia oraz bialskiej młodzieży, instalacje i obiekty artystów związanych z Parkiem Sztuki: Sławomira Matyjaszewskiego (Lublin) i Andrzeja Męczyńskiego (Międzyrzec Podlaski).

The Bogusław Kaczyński Cultural Center in Biała Podlaska is the organizer of the cyclical outdoor event “INTERNATIONAL REVIEW OF ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES INSTALLATION, OBJECTS, PERFORMANCE IN RADZIWIŁŁOWSKI PARK”.
This year’s 16th edition of the event received funding under the project announced by the National Center for Culture: Culture – Interventions. 2025 Edition. The event was held under the Honorary Patronage of the Mayor of Biała Podlaska, Michał Litwiniuk.
On June 13-15, 2025, Galeria Podlaska organized the first part of the event. During the Art Park, we could see installations, objects and performances, a total of 10 projects by professional artists selected through a nationwide recruitment for the competition: Małgorzata Wróbel-Kruczenkow (Białystok), Andrzej Brzegowy (Młodocin Mniejszy), Julia Skrzyńska (Krakow), Piotr Wesołowski also representing Karola Konieczny and Aleksandra Bryka, Andrzej Męczyński (Międzyrzec Podlaski), Katarzyna Żukowska (Włocławek), In-Side Collective: Aleksandra Kucewicz-Wasilewska (Bydgoszcz), Katarzyna Łukaszewicz (Warsaw), Dominika Sergiej (Warsaw), Beata Bugaj-Tomaszewska (Łódź), Sławomir Matyjaszewski (Lublin), Adrianna Iwanejko (Krakow), Julia Sabak and Patrycja Sawczuk (Biała Podlaska). The event was also accompanied by works and performances outside the competition, including: Łukasz Głowacki, Marian Stępak, Ewa Chamicewicz, Podlasie Photo Club, youth from ZSZ No. 2 in Biała Podlaska.
The competition’s main prize, funded by the Mayor of Biała Podlaska, was awarded to the artistic trio of Piotr Wesołowski, Karola Konieczny, and Aleksander Bryk (Wrocław) for their object entitled “Harvester.” The project is sponsored by ETMUS, a company based in Biała Podlaska.
The next Art Park event, on September 25th, will be a trip to the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw for students from the Franciszek Żwirka and Stanisław Wigura Vocational School Complex No. 2 in Biała Podlaska and young people from the Kreska Art Club at the Bogusław Kaczyński Cultural Center in Biała Podlaska. The trip will allow them to explore trends in contemporary art, focusing on performance, object art, and installation.
The next events will take place from October 8 to 10, 2025.
On Wednesday, October 8th, at 5:00 PM, a welcome reception of the project participants will be held at the Bogusław Kaczyński Biała Podlaska Cultural Center. At 5:30 PM, an open lecture on art in public space, entitled “Measurements,” will be delivered by Tereza Barabash, an artist born in 1984 in Lviv. She works with textiles, installations, audiovisual art, and land art. She is a graduate of the Department of Artistic Textiles at the Lviv National Academy of Arts. She has twice received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage’s Gaude Polonia program (2010, 2016). She has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2010. She is an active participant in international exhibitions, festivals, plein-air workshops, and art projects in Ukraine and abroad. For her work “Rain in UA” she received numerous awards, including the two highest distinctions – the Gold Medal and the Akapi Foundation Award for the best debut at the 15th International Triennial of Artistic Textiles in Łódź (2016).
Following the lecture, workshops for students from partner universities will begin. Students from the Lviv National Academy of Arts will participate in performance workshops (object, installation) conducted by Professor Marian Stępak. The artist has graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University. He earned his diploma in the painting studio of Professor Stanisław Borysowski in 1983. In 1991, he initiated the Nad Wisłą Gallery, which remains in operation to this day, and co-founded the Foundation for Artistic Practices “i…”. Since 1994, he has served as a consultant for the National Children’s Fund in Warsaw. In 2007, he founded the Koło Czasu Performance Festival. Since 2019, he has been curator of the ZPAP Gallery in Toruń. He works in object art, installation art, performance, experimental textiles, and art education. He has held over 50 solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Since 1995, he has worked at the Department of Intermedia Art. He obtained his first and second degree qualifications at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław.
Students from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń will participate in workshops led by Yaryna Shumskaya. The artist graduated from the Lviv National Academy of Arts in 2012, majoring in monumental painting. She works in the areas of performance, installation, painting, and dance. She has participated in national and international exhibitions, plein-air workshops, and festivals: “Days of Performance Art” in Lviv, “Action 27” in Lublin, “Akcjonat 3” in Poznań, “Interakcje” in Piotrków Trybunalski, “Gallery Weekend” in Poznań, and art workshops in public spaces in Lviv, Lublin, and Sokołowsko. Her work is based on the constant movement and interaction of phenomena that accompany human activity: inner emotional states, memory, what shapes a person, shapes their relationship to the world, and vice versa.
On October 9th (Thursday), event participants will take part in a historical tour along the Trail of Three Cultures—Biała Podlaska-Studzianka-Ortel Królewski-Jabłeczna-Kodeń-Kostomłoty. At 5:00 PM, an open lecture on art in public space, “I’m Raising Money for Art!!!,” will be given by Mr. Mykhaylo Barabash (born 1980), a graduate of the V. Kasian State College of Decorative and Applied Arts in Kosovo (Ukraine) and the Lviv Academy of Fine Arts. He graduated in 2006. He is an interdisciplinary curator and artist who works at the intersection of various genres: new media, installation, painting, performance, land art, and graphic arts. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Contemporary Art Practice at the Lviv National Academy of Arts. He is a two-time recipient of the “Gaude Polonia” scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (2009, 2016). He curates the TETRAMATYKA Audiovisual Arts Festival, the “Przestrzeń Święto” artistic project, and others. He is a member of NURTU, an association of Ukrainian artists working in the fields of audiovisual and digital art, performances, and concerts. It was founded in 2011 by Mykhaylo Barabash and composer Ostap Manulyak in Lviv. Student workshops are also planned for the day.
On October 10th (Friday), another student workshop and performance workshop will be held for young people from the F. Żwirka and S. Wigura Secondary School Complex No. 2 in Biała Podlaska and the Kreska BCK Cultural Center, led by Łukasz Głowacki. The artist graduated from the Faculty of Painting and Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, where he studied under Professor Kazimierz Ostrowski and Professor Hugo Lasecki. He works in performance, painting, and creates objects, installations, and video. The artist’s work combines the search for subjective expression of human existence with the status of a work of art. His works are minimal, kinetic objects possessing the potential for performativity. The language of his expression is a seeming code of abstraction, meanings of distanced emotions. It is constructed reactively in the context of ongoing changes in the human environment. He has participated in dozens of group exhibitions and a dozen solo exhibitions.
That day, at 7:00 PM in Radziwiłł Park in Biała Podlaska, At 5:00 PM, this year’s Art Park will be summarized. We will see performances by students from Lviv and Toruń, as well as youth from Biała Podlaska, and installations and objects by artists associated with the Art Park: Sławomir Matyjaszewski (Lublin) and Andrzej Męczyński (Międzyrzec Podlaski).

We will see performances by students from Lviv and Toruń, as well as youth from Biała Podlaska, and installations and objects by artists associated with the Art Park: Sławomir Matyjaszewski (Lublin) and Andrzej Męczyński (Międzyrzec Podlaski).
